Please note that all TNT rides below are not organized nor supported events, but rather voluntary activity with clear understanding that individuals are riding at their own risk.
Sunday
Every Sunday (except the first Sunday of the month) we meet in Flatwoods parking lot off Bruce B. Downs at 7:30 AM. First two loops of the ride we stay together, after that we usually split into two groups, moving at different speeds.
Loop 1–warm up together approx. 18mph
Loop 2–increase speed approx. 20-21, yet stay together
Loop 3–increase speed, two groups of different levels may form
Loop 4–increase speed, continue two groups
Loop 5–cool down together
“B” Group Details – warm up at 18mph, increase speed for second lap, optionally stop at the water station.
1st Sunday of the month
First Sunday of every month we meet in San Antonio (32627 Railroad Ave, San Antonio, FL 33576) at 7:30 AM for the ride in the hills. The distance is usually 40-50 miles, the pace is 18-22 mph with a lead and a sweep.
Tuesday
Training ride at 6:00 PM in Flatwoods.
Wednesday
Training ride at 6:00 PM in Flatwoods.
Friday
Howard & Tom’s morning ride at 7:30 AM in Flatwoods.
Saturday
Multipurpose morning ride in Flatwoods at 7:30 AM.

Wednesday – 6h30pm at Flatwoods Morris Bridge main parking area (or meet 6h40 at the water station on the loop closest to BBD side) individual time trial training for all levels.
Thursdays – 6h30pm Oliver’s Cycle Sport group training including sprints, team time trials, skills, and race simulation.

Meet several people this Saturday and when I’m in better shape I will join. Been laid up for 8 months due to injury and will need time to work into better shape.
